Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after prescription verification.

Orders requiring prescription verification with your eye care provider may require additional processing time.

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary based on product availability and the shipping destination.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund:

• Contact lens boxes must be unopened, unused and unmarked.
• Boxes must not be written on, damaged or altered in any way.
• Products must be returned in their original manufacturer packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Because contact lenses are prescribed medical devices, we cannot accept opened boxes due to prescription changes or changes made by your eye care provider after purchase.
